Bio: Joan R. Reffert August 8, 1934 - February 21, 2018 Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 83, formerly of Ingram, on Wednesday, February 21, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Herbert L. Reffert; loving mother of Herbert L., Jr. (Sue) of Florida, Jeffrey R. (Terri) and Kenneth G. Reffert; cherished grandmother of Megan, Mackenzie and Adam; sister of Vera Truxell; daughter of the late Joseph and Clara Ei. As per Joan's wishes there are no visitations. Friends and family are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 10 a.m. in the Ascension Worship Site of St. Philip Parish. Burial to follow in St. Martin Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, 1 North Linden Street, Duquesne, PA. 15110. Arrangements entrusted to ANTHONY G.
