Bio: Johnstown Tribune-Democrat, Monday, September 29, 2014:McKINLEY ? Diana May, 65, Nanty Glo, passed away Sept. 28, 2014, at home. Born May 9, 1949, in Johnstown, daughter of the late Hubert and Zelda (Briggs) Holland. Preceded in death by husband, Douglas H. McKinley. Survived by children, Jason (Valerie) McKinley and Jessica (Richard) Christner; and grandchildren, Joshua, Kelsey and Josie McKinley; and Rachel, Elizabeth and Devin Christner. Also survived by sister, Nancy Long; and several nieces and nephews. Diana was a member of Conemaugh Church of the Brethren, former assistant Girl Scout leader, active in 4-H and a member of Jackson Township Senior Citizens. She enjoyed crafts, knitting and making afghans, and was a member of Knotty Knitters. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Askew-Houser Funeral Homes Inc., Ebensburg, where funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, the Rev. Butch Derr, officiating. Interment, Headricks Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Diana?s memory are asked to be made to 4-H.
