Teri grew up in Lafayette and graduated from Lafayette Jefferson High School and attended Cosmetology School in Lafayette. She attended St. Boniface Catholic Church and Jackson Heights United Methodist Church. Teri loved her family, enjoyed family outings, friends, animals, traveling, gardening, jewelry, collectibles and NASCAR. Teri is survived by her husband, Steve Gellenbeck; mother-in-law, Lena Gellenbeck of Lafayette; in-laws, Deb Sanford, Bill (wife: Joyce) and Eric (wife: Linda) Gellenbeck, all of Lafayette; Eric, Ariel, Lauren, and Jacoby; her cat, Jett; brother, James (wife: Robin) Schmidt of Lafayette; and Susan's daughter, Victoria. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Susan; her Dalmatian, Barney. A Celebration of Life will take place Tuesday, June 9, 2015 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Jackson Heights United Methodist Church, 6825 Indiana 28, West Point, Indiana 47992.
