Obit: JOHN F. BURKHART
The death of Mr. John F. Burkhart occurred at his home in Hendrysburg Mopday, following 'a three weeks illness due to complications and infirmities.
The-deceased was a son of The and Mary Burkhart and was born Aug. 8, 1848, in Monroe county, where he spent many years of his life. He was a farmer by occupation at which he continued as long as he was able to work. Six months ago he moved from Tuscarawae county to Hendrysburg, and, lived retired.
Besides his wife, Mrs. Lydia Burkhart, he leaves five children; Thomas Burkhart, Newport; Joseph Burkhart, Kent; M. N. Burkhart, Akron; Mrs,. Katherine Murphy,. Cuyahoga Falls,
Mrs. Margaret McCollum, Cambridge. He is also survived by one brother and one sister, Joseph Burkhart, Mrs. Mary Kuhn Lewisville, Ohio.
The funeral service, in. charge of the Sells funeral directors; was held in the Church of the Assumption in Barnesville Wednesday morning at '10 o'clock, conducted by Rev. Father M. W. Sullivan. Interment was made in the Catholic cemetery.
