Reasbeck, an aged and beloved woman of this place died Saturday at the family home on South Street, from infirmities due to advanced age. The decedent was born near Fairview, September 10, 1846, her maiden name being Hannah E. Vanmeter. She was married to Martin Reasbeck, the good husband who survives her, about forty years ago, and since that time they have faithfully shred the joys and sorrows of life, and hand in hand hoped to enjoy the sunset of life together. The decedent was a noble woman, who did the full duty at all times and her death is not only mourned by her own relatives, but by all who knew her. Besides her husband she is survived by one son and six daughters: John A. Reasbeck, and Mrs. Andrew Miller of this place, Mrs.P.H. Markey, of McMechen, WV., Mrs. Edward Reischman, Mrs. Peter Reischman, Mrs. Nichols Reischman, and Mrs. Leo Reischman of Martinsburg, Ohio. Funeral services were held Monday at the Church of the Assumption, Rev. William Robbins officiating. Burial in the Catholic Cemetery.
