Linda Bolgiano
age 59, of Louisville, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 13, 2013. She was born Aug. 2, 1953 in Canton, Ohio to the late John and Mary (Shalosky) Schaub. Linda was the Assistant Food Service Director for Louisville City Schools. She was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church and was a former Girl Scout Leader. Linda enjoyed spending her summers at Cutty's Sunset Campground and watching her grandkids in their sporting activities.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Loye Bolgiano, Jr.; her daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Jason Kroah of Louisville; two sons and daughters-in-law, Andy and Jen Bolgiano of Massillon, Adam and Allyson Bolgiano of Louisville; her brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Cindy Schaub of Massillon; six grandchildren, Evan, Aiden and Emma Kroah, Eiley, Kinsey and Aycen Bolgiano. Linda's family would like to acknowledge Julia Redd for the support and guidance she provided to Linda during her illness and Wilma Snyder for being a wonderful neighbor to Linda for 38 years. They also want to say a special thank you to the nurses and staff at Aultman Hospital 6 South and the Aultman Compassionate Care for the wonderful and kind care that was given to Linda.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Stier-Israel Funeral Home in Louisville, with Rev. Dr. Larry Hinkle officiating. Calling hours will be 5-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Louisville, Ohio. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Louisville City Schools, to help defray the cost of students that need financial assistance with their school lunch.
