Bio: . .Memorial Services for 88 year old Mary Slaven of Papillion, NE, formerly of Portsmouth, will be held at 10:30am on Saturday, November 19th, at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Portsmouth with burial in the St. Mary's Cemetery in Portsmouth. Mary passed away on Saturday, November 12th, at her home in Papillion. Survivors include: 3 sons, Stan (Dian) Slaven, Kenny (Fran ) Slaven, and Bill (Dara) Slaven; 5 daughters, Ann Waller, Barb Slaven, Carol Slaven, Cathy (Mark) Assman, and Mary (Stu) De La Castro; 17 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, Tony (Mildred) Reinig, Joe Reinig, and Al (Millie) Reinig; 1 sister, Cecilia Tunnell; 3 sisters-in-law, Virginia Reinig, Betty Reinig, and Joyce Reinig; nieces; nephews; and other relatives. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Slaven in 1998; son, Johnny; sisters and brothers. Mary is survived by 3 sons, Stan and Dian Slaven, Kenny and Fran Slaven, and Bill and Dara Slaven; 5 daughters, Ann Waller, Barb Slaven, Carol Slaven, Cathy and Mark Assman, and Mary and Stu De La Castro; 17 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren; sister, Cecilia Tunnell; 3 brothers, Tony and Mildred Reinig, Joe Reinig, and Al and Millie Reinig; 3 sisters-in-law, Virginia Reinig, Betty Reinig, and Joyce Reinig; nieces, nephews and other relatives.. .
