Amore, Leonard "Len" 12/21/1948 - 4/10/2019 Grand Blanc, Michigan Leonard "Len" M. Amore, age 70 of Grand Blanc, passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2019. He was born on December 21, 1948 in Flint to parents Ferman and Wilma (DeView) Amore. He was married to his wife Barbara (Bishoff) Amore for 40 years. He was her loving caregiver and husband. He enjoyed surprising Barbara with flowers and going fishing with her. He also enjoyed golfing with all of his best buddies from Buick. He will be missed by all that knew him. Len is survived by his wife, Barbara; children: Rick (Diana) Hubbard of Orlando, FL, Scott (Kathy) Amore of Flint, MI and Mike Amore of SC. His absolute pride, joy, and love were his three grandchildren: Thomas Hubbard, Michael Hubbard, and Nolen Hubbard, he was so proud of their scouting and educational achievements. Len recently found out that he was going to be a great grandfather. Also surviving are siblings: Tom Amore and family of SC, Linda Graham and family of NC, and Denise Brown and family of MI; several nieces and nephews. Len would like to give a special recognition to Tom Danko and Noah Ross, both of Flint. In lieu of flowers, it was Len's wishes for those who shared his belief that our Lord is not a myth and for the JMJ family, please say a rosary for someone you don't like. Donations may also be made to one of Lens' favorite charities: EWTN of Irondale, Alabama, Holy Family Building Fund or a charity of your choice. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30am on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 11804 S. Saginaw St., Grand Blanc. Father Peter Lawrence celebrating. Visitation will be held before mass, beginning at 10:00am. Interment at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
