  [S927] Obituary. Robert J. DuPlessis CPA of Rochester, New York on April 02, 2017 at age 95. Bob is predeceased by his parents, Edna and Xavier DuPlessis and sister, Dorothy Haszlauer. He is survived by his beloved Bernadette Trzecieski; his brother, Gerard ( Betty ) DuPlessis, Phoeniz, AZ; also by nieces and nephews. Bob was a WWII Marine Veteran, having served in Radio Intelligence in Guadal Canal and Iwo Jima. He was a graduate of the University of Rochester and was in Public Accounting until he joined the faculty of St. John Fisher College in 1951. Bob was Professor of Accounting at St. John Fisher and chairman of the Accounting Department until 1983. Thank you to the 3rd floor Reservoir Staff at St. John's Home and the Lifetime Hospice Staff for their care of Bob. Friends may call on Friday April 7th from 4:00 - 7:00 PM at the Funeral Home. His Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday morning at 10:00 AM in St. Thomas More Church 2617 East Avenue Rochester, NY.
