Delores Schaan, 81,
Beulah, formerly of
Minot, passed away
Thursday, December 15,
2016, in a Beulah Care
Center.
Delores was born on
August 12, 1935, in Rug-
by, ND, the daughter of
John and Rose (Zelzler)
Salwey. She was raised on
the farm in Orrin, ND. On
August 16, 1955 she mar-
ried Julius Schaan, the
love of her life. They lived
in numerous towns in
North Dakota, eventually
making their home in
Minot. She worked at St.
Joe’s Hospital for 30 plus
years. Julius and Delores
had four children. Delores
enjoyed camping and fish-
ing with her husband,
playing cards, bingo and
spending time with her
children and grandchil-
dren.

Carol Frittel.

2016, at 10:30 a.m. at St.
Leo The Great Roman
Catholic Church, Minot.
Visitation: Monday, De-
cember 19, 2016, from 3
p.m. until 7 p.m. with a
Vigil Prayer Service at 7
p.m. all at the
Thompson-Larson Fun-
eral Home, Minot.
Burial will take place
on Tuesday at 3 p.m. at
the ND Veterans
Cemetery, Mandan, ND.

Mandan.
