His parents were Andreas and Ann (Kambietz) Feist. He married Theresa (Feist) Feist on October 25, 1928 in Strasburg, North Dakota and they farmed in Hague until 1952. They then moved to Bismarck, North Dakota where he worked for Bismarck Grocery. In 1960 the couple moved to Seattle, Washington where he worked for Best Pie Bakery until his retirement in 1976. The couple then moved back to Bismarck.Anton died in Bismarck on October 1, 1984. He is survived by his wife, four sons Erwin, Andrew, Harold and LeRoy, 23 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
