Schriner, 73, of Tiffin, died Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2009, at her home. She was born Oct. 29, 1935, in New Riegel, to Herman and Adeline (Zoeller) Reinbolt. She married Walter A. Schriner Oct. 26, 1963, at St. Mary Catholic Church. Survivors include a son, Mark (Donna) Schriner of Republic; a daughter, Karen (Warren) Long of Findlay; two sisters, Kate Pinkston and Mary (Ron) Schriner, both of Tiffin; three grandchildren, Joshua, Michaela and Erin Long; three step grandchildren and five step great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death, along with her parents and husband, Walt, Oct. 16, 2008, is a brother, Arthur Reinbolt. Martha graduated from New Riegel High School in 1953 and from St. Vincent School of Nursing. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and volunteered at United Way. She was a registered nurse at Tiffin Developmental Center starting in 1957 and retiring in November of 1990, after 33 years of service. Martha enjoyed traveling, playing cards and bingo. She and her husband wintered in Dundee, Fla. for 13 years, where she worked at St. Matthews Church Thrift Shop. She had many friends and enjoyed taking care of everyone. A Mass of Christian burial is 10 a.m., Monday, Oct. 19, 2009, at St. Mary Catholic Church, with the Rev. Gary Walters officiating. A rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to the Mass. Burial will follow in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 5-7 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 18, 2009, at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, OH, 44883, (419) 447-2424. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to United Way of Tiffin.
