Birth: Nov. 23, 1961 Death: Nov. 16, 2014 Silliman , Thomas A. 52 Tarentum Thomas A. Silliman, 52, of Tarentum, passed away Sunday, Nov. 16, 2014, in the emergency room of Allegheny Valley Hospital after becoming ill at home. He was born Nov. 23, 1961, in Harrison Township, son of the late Howard Dale and Betty Jane (Clark) Silliman. Thomas lived his entire life in Tarentum where he was a self-employed carpenter. He was of the Catholic faith and a 1979 graduate of Highlands High School and Rosedale Technical School. Thomas enjoyed his quads and motorcycle but he especially enjoyed his family. Survivors include his wife of 19 years, Beth A. (Gifford) Silliman; children, Jerimiah (Desirina) Silliman, of Youngstown, Ohio, Danielle N. Silliman and Thomas A. Silliman Jr., both at home. Also surviving are his brothers, James H. (Colleen) Silliman and Mark R. Silliman, both of Tarentum. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the DUSTER FUNERAL HOME INC., 347 E. 10th Ave., Tarentum, 724-224-1526, where a blessing service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday with the Rev.
