Adeline Fuchs (October 28, 1927 - March 2, 2017) Send Flowers Guest Book | Sign Guest Book | Send Sympathy Card Adeline Fuchs Adeline Fuchs, 89, of Fredonia, ND, passed away Thursday morning, March 2, 2017 at Essentia Health, Fargo, NDsurrounded by her loving family. Adeline was born on the family farm near Fredonia, in McIntosh County, ND, the daughter of Edward and Emma (Ketterling) Entzi. She graduated from the 8th grade country school and worked on the family farm. Adeline married Arnold Fuchs on November 22, 1947 at the home of Entzi Farm. They made their home on her family farm where they raised small grains, cattle, and milked cows. She was an active member of the Martin Luther Lutheran Church, the ALCW, and Homemakers club in Fredonia. Adeline sold Avon for many years and after Arnold passed away on February 5, 1984, she worked at Bob’s Bar in Fredonia for many years. She enjoyed both jobs because she enjoyed her customers and meeting people so much. She continued to make her home on the farm where she had a big garden and beautiful flower beds decorated with pink flamingos. Adeline was an amazing cook and her family loved her baked goods. The highlight of her life was being with children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Adeline is survived by daughter, Karen (Brent) Murphy and their children, Shawna (Kris) Langdon and Cody Murphy; daughter, Karla Fuchs and her son, Justin (Nikki) Fuchs; daughter, Kristi (Jerry) Meidinger and their children, Josh (Amy) Meidinger, Jamie Meidinger, Melissa Meidinger, and Jory Meidinger; great-grandchildren, Robert, Kolter, Avery, Brayden, Parker, Emma, Ayda, Olivia, Kiley, and Jacob; brother, Alvin W. (Irene) Entzi; and sisters, Edna Weispfenning and Etala (Darrel) Ruff. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Emma Entzi; husband, Arnold; brother, Harold; and sister, Esther Fuchs. Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Martin Luther Lutheran Church, Fredonia, ND with Rev. Shawn Bowman officiating. Visitation: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday, March 6, 2017 at Williams Funeral Home, Jamestown. Prayer Service: 7:00 p.m., Monday, March 6, 2017 at Williams Funeral Home, Jamestown.
