Obituary
Sheldon P. Knutty age 71 of Canton, Ohio passed away Wednesday at the home following an extended illness. Born in Paw Paw, West Virginia on July 6, 1936 he was the son of the late James and Bridget Knutty. He was a member of the National Guard for eleven years and was a retired employee of R & W Contractors of Canton. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his twin brother, Weldon Knutty, a sister, Ethel M. Knutty and a brother, James H. Knutty.
Survivors include his loving wife of 47 years, Patricia Knutty of the home. Two sons, Mark S. Knutty and Neal S. Knutty of Canton, his two daughters, Darlene (Ed) Zwick of Paris, OH. and Sheila Knutty of Richville. Four grandchildren, Michael E. Zwick, Tiffany A. Zwick, Destany S. Knutty and Serena N. Billman. His sister, Norma Summers of Canton and two brothers, Ronald Knutty of Canton and Donald Knutty of Tennessee. "Shell" was loved by all and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Memorial services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in the Sandy Valley Church of God with Rev. Clifford Hughes officiating. There will be no calling hours and the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
