Their son, Joe was my grandfather. He lived in Flasher, Morton county. Joe's son Manuel is my father, and most of the family still lives within a few miles here. Some of the family translated the name from German as Sagmiller, but the ones here use the spelling Stegmiller. I live in Bismarck.
