Bea was born on October 5, 1930 in McClusky, ND. She was the daughter of August and Amelia (Stroh) Neff. She graduated from the McClusky High School.
Bea married Donald C. Froehlich on October 3, 1948 in McClusky. They lived in McClusky where she was a stay at home mom for their seven children. Bea started working for her husband as a bookkeeper at Froehlich Ford in McClusky for a number of years before retiring. Don died on April 3, 1989.
