Dorothy Irene Klein was born December 9, 1927 in Dickinson, the daughter of Frank and Elizabeth (Braun) Renner Klein. She grew up and attended a country school southwest of Dickinson. As a young women she worked in Dickinson at a chiropractic office. Dorothy married Jack R. Wolbaum on November 15, 1950 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Dickinson. She was a member of St. Joseph's Church and the German-Hungarian Club. Dorothy's greatest joy was her family. Her deep faith included sending her children to Catholic schools. She also enjoyed raising flowers and gardening. Camping and fishing brought her great joy, as she loved the outdoors and enjoyed her place at Lake Sakakawea. Her talents included countless treasures of crocheting, embroidering, and doing crossword puzzles. We thank God for Dorothy and her presence in our family's lives and the gift of love she shared with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by her children, Jacqueline (Robert) Oster, Dickinson, Kenneth (Leona) Wolbaum, Bismarck, and Robert(Kimberly) Wolbaum, Denver, Colo.; five grandchildren, Nichole Oster (Jeff), Sun Prairie, Wis., Brock Oster, Dickinson, Sierra (Tyler) Burgess, Bismarck, Jared Wolbaum, Wichita, Kan., and Amanda (Shane) Peterson, Bismarck; and three greatgrandchildren, Lucas, Hailey and Madelyn Peterson, Bismarck.She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack on February 6, 1990; her parents; brothers, Frank Klein, Jr., Adam Renner, and Joseph Klein; sisters, Rose Wanner, Eva Kubischta, Elizabeth Stoltz, Mary Samek, Monica Perzinski, and Magdalene Mordan.
