Mr Bauman was engaged in the building and contractracting busniess for many years in Carrolltown. He left Carrolltown two years ago following the death of his wife and had since resided at nanto-Glo. Francis X Bauman was the son of Joseph and Lousia (Glosser Bauman and was born June26,1862 in Chest Township. He was married twice. His first wife was Mary Lilly,passed away in 1907.His second wife mary Kane died two years ago. Suriving are two sons,Charles and Philip,both of Altoona and two daughterss,Mrs Edward Link,Trafford City and Mrs Dietrick,with whom he resided. He also leaves three half brothers,R.J.Herman and Ambrose Swope all of Johnstown. Funeral services were conducted at 9:30 o'clock this morning with a solemn high mass in St Benedict's Catholic Church,Carrolltown. Interment was in St Mary's Cemetery at Patton.
