Born on September 25, 1922, in West Lafayette, IN, she was the daughter of John C. and Johanna (Leahy) Herley. She married William W. Inman Jr. on December 28, 1948, and he survives. Also surviving are one son, J. Timothy "Tim" Inman of Bedford, IN; one daughter, Jeni Embree of Bedford, IN; one sister, Susie Weiss of Doraville, GA; three grandchildren; four step-grandchildren, four step-great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins, two great-nieces, and one great-nephew. She was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Betty Fraser, and one brother, Charles Herley. She was a cashier at Dunn Memorial Hospital and a 1940 graduate of Bedford High School. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Services for Mary Inman will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 1st, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
