Chambersburg, Pa. - Virginia L. Ehrstein, 90, of Northfield at Menno Haven, Chambersburg, died at 8:45 a.m. Monday, Feb. 9, 2009, in the nursing home, where she had been a resident for three years. Born Oct. 4, 1918, in Colorado Springs, Colo., she was the daughter of the late Lee and Nina (Wilson) Richardson. She and her husband, Michael V. Ehrstein, owned and operated a paint store in Los Angeles, Calif., for a number of years. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Mary J. Ehrstein of Ellicott City, Md., and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceeded in death by one brother. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in Menno Haven Chapel, with the Rev. Vernon Isner officiating. Burial will be in Grand Chain Cemetery, Grand Chain, Ill. There will be no public viewing. Memorial contributions may be made to Angel Hill Animal Sanctuary, 2715 Warm Spring Road, Chambersburg, Pa. 17201. Arrangements were made by Robert G.
