He was born Sept. 19, 1955, in Longview, to Milton and Patty (Paxton) Faul. He graduated from Mark Morris High School in 1973. Rod owned and operated Started Exchange in West Kelso. He retired from Art's Electric in 2006, after many years of service. Rod enjoyed watching his grandchildren play sports, camping, reading, having morning coffee with family and friends, and playing Nintendo with his sons. Survivors include four sons and their spouses, Josh and Julie Faul, Wesley and Heather Faul, Peter Faul and Paul Faul; five siblings and their spouses, Roland and Hazel Faul, Scott and Christy Faul, Ronald and Hazel Faul, Sandra and Rick Anttila, and Steven Faul; nine grandchildren, Kaylie, Kamron, Kiera, Kaiden, Owen, Kyla, Levi, Hali and Adri; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred and Mathilda Faul, and Wes and Rose Paxton. A memorial service and potluck will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Kelso Eagles, 609 S.
