Birth: Aug. 22, 1843 Pennsylvania, USA Death: Feb. 16, 1919 Clearfield County Pennsylvania, USA Sykesville Post-Dispatch 21 Feb 1919 Miss Barbara Korb of Bloom township, who had been visiting relatives in this section for several weeks, was suddenly taken ill at the home of her cousin. Eli Knarr in Bell township last Wednesday and died on Sunday morning. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Adam Korb, pioneer settlers of Brady township and was born on the farm now owned by A.G. Haag. She was aged seventy-two and is survived by several brothers and sisters. Funeral services were held at the Knarr home on Thursday morning and interment made in the Reformed Cemetery.
