The memorial service for Jeana Marie (Bender) Dunker will b e 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 28, 2008 at the First Lutheran C hurch, Britton, with Rev. Sara Sorensen and Rev. Michael Da gel officiating. Inturnment of her cremains will be in th e Britton Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour preceding t he memorial service.
Jeana died Saturday, June 21, 2008 at North Memorial Medica l Center in Robbinsdale, MN at the age of 34.

Jeana Marie (Bender) Dunker was born August 14, 1973 to Arl ie and June Bender. She was baptized on October 28, 1973. S he grew up and was cared for by her parents, Arlie and Lore ne Bender and June and Charley Rabenberg in Britton, SD. Af ter graduating from Britton High School in 1991, Jeana atte nded Northern State University and Presentation College i n Aberdeen, graduating from N.S.U in 1997. She later worke d at Sheldal and eventually moved to Aberdeen, SD. In 1997 , while working as a purchasing agent for Aberdeen Machin e Tool, Jeana met Marc Dunker. She moved to St. Cloud in 19 98. Jeana and Marc were married September 9, 2000. They lov ed spending time together and traveling. Jeana was a membe r of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Foley. She was employe d as the purchasing manager for Kendeco Industrial Supply i n St. Cloud.
Jeana's family was her highlight, and she loved each of the m dearly. She was an incredible wife, step-mother, daughter , sister, aunt, granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend.
Jeana's favorite hobbies were spending time with Marc and W es at her lake cabin. She was an avid gardener, and alway s had a big smile to share with everyone. She loved to read , especially Christian based books. She had a strong fait h in God and loved to help others in need or in pain.
Jeana's passion was to help others and in death she will li ve on as a tissue donor - still helping others to heal an d change lives.
Jeana will be sadly missed but always remembered by her lov ing husband, Marc and step-son, Wes; father and step-mother , Arlie and Lorene Bender; mother and step-father, June an d Charley Rabenberg; brothers, Jason and Kirk; sister, Roby n; sisters-in-law, Tammy and Andrea; nieces, India and Jayd en; maternal grandparents, Opal Mydland and Luther and Lol a Mydland; special friends: Laurie Peck, Tera (Person) Cobb , Jessica Hall, Casey (Freeman) Carmichael and Sandy McClel lan; and a large family of aunts, uncles, cousins, in-law s and friends, all of whose lives were changed by loving Je ana.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Rei ny and Frieda Bender.
