"Cap" Heiser Is Summoned

"Cap" Heiser, 51, passed away at Barrett hospital Friday following a short illness. He had worked the past five year for John Ruegsegger. He was born in North Dakota May 14, 1908. Requiem mass will be celebrated Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock at St. Rose church with Father Bernard Sullivan officiating. Internment will be made in Mountain View cemetery.

Cap was born to Russian immigrants in North Dakota where they first settled. Sometime between 1910 and 1914, while he was still a young boy,the family moved to Montana where opportunities in mining were.
Cap married Eva Schmaltz on the 24th of November 1927 in Bridger, Carbon, Montana
They had two children who lived to adulthood, Donna and Larry. They also had two children who died young.
Eva and Cap divorced.
