Anna Marie was born in Hauge N.D., Nov. 8, 1920, to Kasper I. and Helena Schmidt Gross. She worked in Helena as a maid at the Park Hotel. Her favorite avocation was working in her yard. Survivors are her friends, the Sisters of the Good Shepherd and her guardian, Lois Buchanan. Her Funeral Mass will be held at noon, Thursday, Aug. 10, at the Cathedral of St. Helena, with burial next to her father in Resurrection Cemetery. Retz Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
