Charles Strobel, 84, Wishek, ND died Monday morning June 6, 2016 at the Wishek Living Center in Wishek, ND.
Funeral Service will be at 10:30 AM Monday June 27, 2016 at the Haut Funeral Chapel in Wishek, ND
Charles Strobel was born February 12, 1932 at Venturia, ND the son of Arthur G. Strobel and Margaret (Schnabel) Strobel. He received his elementary education in the local rural school and grew to manhood helping on the family farm 6 ½ miles west of Venturia.
He and Marie Gohner were married September 6, 1988 at Ashley, ND. They made their home in Ashley, Wishek. In 1998 he entered the Gackle Care Center in Gackle, ND. Marie passed away in 2002. He later entered the Wishek Living Center in Wishek, ND where he has resided. He was a member of the Venturia Baptist Church in Venturia, ND
Surviving is one step-son, David Seefried, Jamestown, ND, 1 brother and sister, Chester (Elaine) Strobel, Abileen, KS; Darlene (Don) Fureh, Sioux Falls, SD; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife in 2002.
