Lynn Roy Faul, 66, of Renton, passed away in his home June 30, 2009, surrounded by his devoted wife and loving family.
Lynn was born May 15, 1943, in Minot, N.D., to Fred and Mathilda Faul. In 1951, his family left North Dakota and moved to Kelso. Lynn graduated from Kelso High School in 1961.
On Sept. 30, 1967, he married Sandy Phillips from Maple Valley, Wash., and they had two beautiful daughters together, Jennifer and Peggy. They lived in Maple Valley for several years, later moving to Renton.
Lynn always worked in the aircraft business starting at Boeing in 1966, he worked for Avio Support for several years and Pressco Products for the last few years while owning and operating his own aerospace companies Eagle Air Engineering and L & R Industries.
Lynn enjoyed woodworking, restoring antique cars, camping, playing cards, boating, hunting and fishing. Above all else, family came first.
Lynn was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Ralland Faul, Arnold Faul and Wilferd Faul; and his mother-in-law, June Phillips.
Lynn is survived by his wife, Sandy Faul of Renton; two daughters, Jennifer Behnke (Jeff) of Orting, Wash., and Peggy Gillum (Terry) of Sisters, Ore.; his father-in-law, Charles Phillips of Kent, Wash.; three brothers, Wilbert Faul (Judy) of Kelso, Milt Faul (Patty) of Longview and Don Faul (Emilie) of Kennewick; and five sisters, Louise Mohr (Eliot) of Spokane, Rose Moore (Ned) of Longview, Ardella Stefanik (Joe) of Longview, Marcy Steveson (Joe) of Toledo and Lynette Haskins (Harold) of Puyallup; a sister-in-law, Lillie Faul of Longview; a brother-in-law, Chuck Phillips (Judy) of Wilbur, Wash.; seven grandchildren, Greg, Brittney, Shelby and Jessica Gillum, and Morgan, McKenzie and Hunter Behnke; several nieces, nephews and extended family; and countless friends.
Our lives will be changed, but special moments and memories of him will never be far away or forgotten.

A service will be held at 11 a.m. July 10 at St. Matthews Lutheran Church in Renton followed by a graveside service at Greenwood Memorial Park. A celebration of Lynn's life will be held at the church after the graveside.
