Ann Opp, 93, Bismarck, died Sept. 27, 2015, at the Baptist Health Care Center, Bismarck. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30, at Church of Saint Anne, 1321 Braman Ave., Bismarck, with the Rev. Ed Wehner officiating. Burial will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Glen Ullin.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Eastgate Funeral Service, 2302 E. Divide Ave., Bismarck, where a vigil/rosary will begin at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at the church.
Ann was born July 8, 1922, on a farm in Oliver County, to Nicholas and Rose (Emineth) Ferderer. She married Emil Opp on Dec. 27, 1951.
Ann was the last of her 13 siblings living. She is survived by her son, Mel (Rita), Burnsville, Minn.; her daughter, Sherry (Tom) Egenes, Red Lodge, Mont.; her daughter, Dorle (Steve) Heid, Bismarck; her grandchildren, Adriane (Kwame) Gaisie, Aaron (Dierdre) Opp, Rachel and Krista Egenes, Katie Heid and Jameson (Katie) Heid; and three great-grandchildren.
