ennie Louise (Geissinger) Durr, Eakles, White, 93 of Beaver Falls passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Heritage Valley, Beaver, surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 22, 1924 in New Brighton, daughter of the late John and Jessie (Zimmer) Geissinger. She was retired from the Housekeeping Department of Providence Health Care, Beaver Falls. Jennie was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. She was truly salt-of-the earth lady who was sweet, kind and compassionate always willing to help by whatever means possible. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands: David Durr, Charles Eakles and James White; a son: John Eakles; a daughter: Sylvia McClain; three grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; two brothers: Carl Geissinger and Robert Geissinger; two sisters: Evelyn Bell and Jean Young. Jennie is survived by five sons and her daughters-in-law: David (Sandra) Durr; Charles (Lois) Eakles; Harry (Jane) Smith; Terry (Vickie) Eakles; Bobby Joe Eakles; her daughter-in-law: Theresa Eakles; 21 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; 18 great great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and extended family. Friends will be received on Friday, February 9, 2018 from 1 to 3 p.m. in the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester (GPS 848 Sunflower Road, adjacent to Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum). A service will be held in the funeral home at 3 p.m. immediately following the visitation with Jeff Phillis, Evangelist, officiating. Private interment will be in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park. The family wishes to extend special thanks to her granddaughter Bonnie Simoni and niece Violet Ruff for their many years of loving care. On line condolences may be offered at www.saul-gabauer.com
