(Emmerich) Willenborg, 87, of Decatur, passed away Thursday, January 11, 2018, at Eastview Terrace, Sullivan, IL, with her family by her side.Teresa was born in Island Grove, IL, March 4, 1930, the daughter of Andrew and Anna (Meinhart) Emmerich. A member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Teresa was an avid Cardinal fan. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren, fishing and had a special love for roses. She married Anthony Willenborg in 1950 and he preceded her in death June 7, 1989.She will be loved and dearly missed by her sons: Ted Willenborg of Argenta, Bob Willenborg of Decatur, Rick (Londa Lucy) Willenborg of Decatur and Greg Willenborg of Springfield; five grandchildren, and six great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.Teresa was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Anthony; daughter, Peggy (Willenborg) Ragan; brothers: Oliver, Ralph, Andrew, Vincent, Franklin, Eugene, Edward and Bob; sisters: Evelyn, Helen, Anna Marie, Margaret, Blanch and Judy.Visitation will be Monday, January 15, 2018, from 6 to 8 PM, in the Moran & Goebel Funeral Home; vigil prayer service will be at 5:30 PM. Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate her life will be 10 AM, Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at Holy Family Catholic Church; Very Rev. Joseph M. Molloy, V.F., celebrant. Burial will take place in Mt. Gilead Cemetery, Decatur. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holy Family Catholic School or Parkinson Foundation.The family of Teresa P.
