Isabelle Schott was born Aug. 4, 1938, in Lewiston. She grew up in rural Lewiston. Isabelle married Dennis Schott on April 14, 1967, and later divorced. They resided in Rochester for over 40 years. Isabelle was a seamstress for Dison's Cleaners. She is a member of Christ Lutheran Church. Isabelle enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and attending their activities, including sling-shot racing and softball. She enjoyed holiday get-togethers with her family. She is survived by two daughters, Connie (Lendon) Riess of Rochester and Bonnie (Chris) Cose of Zumbro Falls; son, John (Kara) Schott of Chatfield; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and one sister, Annette L. Lewis of Rochester. Isabelle is preceded in death by her parents. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 5, at Christ Lutheran Church, 2904 20th St. S.E., with the Reverend Scott R. Schilbe officiating. Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 4, at Macken Funeral Home, and one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will take place in Grandview Memorial Gardens. Macken Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
