Born January 6, 1983 in Pittsburgh, Ryan was a member of St. Ferdinand Catholic Church & had been employed at Target in Cranberry Twp. He is survived by his father, Michael Schatzel of Freedom; mother, Rosemarie Jelinek & her husband Robert of Ambridge; brother, Michael S. Schatzel of Freedom; 2 sisters, Jamie Lynn Schatzel of Hazelton & Amber Schatzel of Ambridge. Friends will be received 7-9 PM Monday & 2-4 & 7-9 PM Tuesday at Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home of Cranberry Twp., 130 Wisconsin Ave. Cranberry Twp. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 AM Wednesday, Sept. 15th at St. Ferdinand Catholic Church, 2535 Rochester Rd., Cranberry Twp. Interment Holy Savior Cemetery, Pine-Richland Twp. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family.
