Funeral services were this Wednesday afternoon at Burnham-Ours Funeral Home in Chetek, with Deacon Jim Dennis officiating and burial at St. Bonniface Catholc Cemetery in Chetek. Mrs. Schlink was born Nov. 9, 1934 in Beloit to George and Edith Sly. She moved from South Beloit, Ill., to the Rice Lake area 9 years ago. Mrs. Schlink enjoyed word search puzzles and country western music. She is survived by a son, Peter of Rice Lake; three daughters, Sandra Solum of Chetek, Connie Tankersley of Rockton, Ill., and Cecilia Walls of Janesville; two brothers, Harold of Beloit and George; 15 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Mrs. Schlink's husband, Peter, and twin daughters Debra and Diane preceded her in death.
