Jean Ann Mueller 88 0f St. Charles, formerly of Dover died Sunday March 1, 2015 at Season's Hospice in Rochester.
Jean was born December 5, 1926 to Andrew and Susie (Whetstone) Snyder. She married Bernard A. Mueller on June 17, 1948 in Winona. Together they raised four children, John, Nancy, Daniel and Greg.
She was a kind-hearted, caring person who always put others first. She volunteered for the Cub Scouts and also enjoyed ceramics, flower gardening, playing cards and going to the casino. In her younger years she loved fishing with her brother and caught pan fish with a cane pole behind the Winona Airport. Jean was very proud to be able to work until age 76 when she retired from Camera Art in Lewiston as a photo editor/printer.
Survivors include 4 children, 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, one brother and family, one niece and her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, granddaughter Melissa, grandson Joel, sister Elaine Rosenbaugh, brother-in-law Melvin "Tuffy" Rosenbaugh, niece Judy Rosenbaugh and sister-in-law Pat Snyder.
Funeral Mass for Jean will be held at 11AM Friday March 6, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church with the Rev. Kurt Farrell officiating.
Visitation will take place Thursday March 5, from 4PM to 7PM at the church and also one hour prior to the Mass. She will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery in St. Charles.
