Survivors include seven children, Dianne Warder, Jim Forney, Sandra Griffin, Bonnie Mattick, Paul Forney, Paula Forney and Pamela Cronin; three sisters, Elizabeth, Katherine and Gretchen; and dozens of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His wife, Marjorie Forney, preceded him in death. Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. CST today at Faith Lutheran Church in Pierre, after private family burial.
