Grimshaw, which occurred yesterday at his home in Wenatchee, Wash. His death was caused by a heart attack.Judge Grimshaw was an alumnus of the University of Michigan and had served for 16 years as judge of the superior court of Chelan County, Wash. His father and grandfather were both judges in Illinois, his native state, his grandfather having been a close friend of Abraham Lincoln.Judge Grimshaw was well known in Berkeley, having visited here frequently. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Madeline Gramshaw, and by one son, William Grimshaw, who is a sophomore in Whitman College at Walla Walla.
