Birth: Jun. 18, 1935 Death: Oct. 29, 2011 Richard "Dick" L. Robinson, 76, of Onondaga Hill, passed away Saturday at Upstate at Community General Hospital. A lifelong resident of Onondaga Hill, he was a graduate of St. Anthony's High School and served in the US Army. He was a proud member of IBEW Local 43. Dick enjoyed golfing, and spending time with the "Breakfast Club" and the "Onondaga Hill Old Timers Club." He was predeceased by his brother, Leon (Oscar) Robinson. Surviving are his wife of 44 years, the former Kathleen Welch; his daughters, Maureen A. DeVos of Maynard, MA, and Dianne M. Robinson of Onondaga Hill; his grandchildren, Cierra and Savana DeVos; a sister, Patricia (George) White of Lakeland, FL; a brother, Thomas (Catherine) Robinson of Onondaga Hill; aunt, Rita; and several beloved nieces, nephews and cousins. A Mass will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Michael/St. Peter's Church. Interment: St. Francis Xavier Cemetery. No calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Francis House, 108 Michaels Ave., Syracuse, NY 13208 or Brother Timothy Dauenhauer at St. Patrick's Friary, 102 Seymour St., Buffalo, NY 14210.
