Johnson, 42, of 1218 North street,died at 7 p.m. Friday of an apparent heart attack. Born Oct 29, 1923 at Newcomerstown, he was a son of William and Ada Davis Johnson and a member of the St. Mary's Catholic church in Fulda. He was also a member of the Caldwell Council of the Knights of Columbus, a veteran of World War II and a member of the Caldwell V. F. W. Surviving are his parents, his wife, Thelma; four children, Thomas, Becky, Jeff and Tammy all of the home; five brothers, Marion Johnson of Greenville, Jack, Carl and Robert Johnson, all of Caldwell, and Paul John- son of Canton; a sister, Mrs. Betty Murphy of Caldwell and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Murphy Funeral Home in Caldwell from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. The rosary will be recited at the funeral home at 8 p.m. Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Catholic church in Fulda with Rev. Fr. J. J. Donaldson officiating.
