  Steven Douglas Faul, age 61, of Paw Paw, passed away peacefully of natural causes July 10, 2016. He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, on August 29, 1954 to Richard and Betty (Marby) Faul who survive. Also surviving are his sister Susan (Fred) Coker of Kalamazoo, two brothers, James Faul of Paw Paw, and John (Carie) Faul of Mattawan, niece, Ayrica (Omar) Bakri, nephew, John (Danielle) Coker, nephew Mac Faul and niece Mo Faul, along with a special family friend, Mark Meconi. A committal for Steve will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at 1:00 p.m., at Prospect Hill Cemetery in Paw Paw. A luncheon will immediately follow at Big T Restaurant in Lawton. A memorial service will take place Sunday, August 7, at 1:00 p.m. at White Oaks Assisted Living in Lawton. Those wishing to make a donation may do so to the Salvation Army in Steve’s memory.

  [S927] Obituary. RICHARD'S OBITUARY Richard D. Faul, 81, Minot, died Saturday, November 2, 2019 in a Minot nursing home. Richard was born December 10, 1937 in Minot, ND to John and Louise (Vix) Faul. He was raised and educated in Sawyer during his youth. Richard farmed small grains near Sawyer for three decades. Prior to farming, he was an over the road truck owner/operator for 25 years. Richard and Lorraine were married July 4, 1982 in Sawyer. They have called Minot home since their marriage. He retired in the late 1990?s. Richard was a member of the Mennonite Church in Sawyer and later attended the Southside Church of the Nazarene in Minot. He enjoyed watching Minnesota Twins baseball, old westerns, the Gaither Gospel Hour and spending time with his grandsons. Richard was known to frequent Renee?s Korner Café in Sawyer or Schatz?s Truck Stop for a hot cup of coffee and a visit with friends. He will be deeply missed by all who shared in his life. Richard is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Lorraine, Minot; stepchildren Michael (Tanya) Stebbins, Coleharbor, ND, Faye Ann Stebbins, Minot, Shirley (Neal) Repnow, Underwood, ND, Lori (Jay) Frothinger, Burlington, ND, Melanie (Scott) Geiger, Minot, ND and Merri (Ron) Milke, Eden Prairie, MN; 8 step grandchildren; 7 step great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Betty Faul, Minot; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, stepgrandson Jason Frothinger, sister and brother-in-law, Luella and Louie Herr and brother Reuben Faul. Funeral Service: 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 8, 2019 at Southside Church of the Nazarene, Minot. Interment: Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot Visitation: Thursday, November 7, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.
