Birth: Nov. 11, 1845, Germany Death: Nov. 17, 1921 Harrison County Indiana, USA CORYDON DEMOCRAT OBITUARY – 11/23/1921 DEATH OF CIVIL WAR VETERAN - GEORGE ROUDENBUSH SUCCUMBS AT HOME IN MORGAN TOWNSHIP - BURIAL AT CENTRAL BARREN George Roudenbush, a Civil War veteran, passed away at his home in Morgan Township last Thursday afternoon, his death resulting from heart trouble. The deceased was about seventy-six years of age and is survived by his wife and the following children: Mrs. West Zimmerman, Mrs. Raleigh Huff, Mrs. Tena Wallace, and Will Roudenbush, all of this county, Henry Roudenbush, of Illinois and George Roudenbush Jr. of Georgetown. Funeral services were held at Central Barrens last Sunday afternoon conducted by Rev. Eddleman, of New Albany and Rev. Glenn pastor at Central Barren and burial was in the nearby cemetery.
