Description: Anna Opp had two sons prior to marring Jacob Fink. One of those was my Father, Delbert OpP. The other was Theadore (Ted)Opp who passed away in Aberdeen South Dakota. I have enclosed his obituary.
Delbert Opp, 77, Bismarck, passed away June 26, 2008. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 1, at Bismarck Baptist Church with the Rev. Merle Hoots and Delbert's grandson, the Rev. Trinity Opp, officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Bismarck.

Delbert was born Jan. 5, 1931, on a farm near Long Lake, S.D., the son of Anna Opp. He grew up on the farm and married Viola Rudolph of Venturia, Nov. 15, 1951, at Ashley Baptist Church. They farmed until October 1969, when they moved to Bismarck. Delbert and Viola were blessed with five sons.
He worked at First National Bank and U.S. Bank. Delbert enjoyed flower gardening, woodworking and restoring his 1978 Chevy. He was a member and employee of Bismarck Baptist Church and also worked with the National Guard for seven years.
Delbert was a loving and kind person. He will be missed dearly.
