Birth: Feb. 1, 1936 Ashford Houston County Alabama, USA Death: Mar. 10, 2014 Dothan Houston County Alabama, USA Josephine Elizabeth Mock Helbling Josephine Elizabeth Mock Helbling, age 78, of Dothan, passed away Monday, March 10, 2014 at her residence. Born February 1, 1936 in Ashford to the late Joseph Clarence and Lillian Grace Forrester Mock, Mrs. Helbling was a member of St. Columba Catholic Church. Mrs. Helbling and her husband Raymond formed and owned Daleville Cablevision for many years. She worked in the accounting department with Daleville Cablevision as well as Singer. Besides her love for her family, Mrs. Helbling enjoyed gardening, sewing, puzzles, and baking, especially cookies and candy. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Helbling was preceded in death by a sister, Jessie Edna Mock. Survivors include her husband, Raymond Francis Helbling; her daughters, Tina (Paul) Givens and Shirley (Bill) Boyett; her grandchildren, Jessica (Chris) Roehrer, Hannah Givens, Courtney Boyett, and Ashley Boyett; her great-grandchild, Elizah Grace Roehrer; her sister, Rebecca (Rex) Hendrix; and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Friday, March 14, 2014 from the St. Columba Catholic Church with Father Patrick Gallagher officiating. Burial will follow in Daleville Memorial Gardens in Daleville with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, March 13, 2014 from 6 until 8 PM.
