Banke, age 65, former resident of Buchanan, who died Saturday., morning-May 29 in the city hospital. Linden, N. J, of a heart ailment. Tie was born June 22, 1888 in Baltimore, Md, the son of F. J. Banke, Niles, and the late Bertha Banke. He had made his home in Linden for "many years where until a year ago when he retired, had been an engineer with the Western Electric company for 35 years. He leaves the widow, Dorothy, whom he married in 1910, his father who is 96 years old, a daughter, Mrs. Josephine, Welt, Linden, three brothers, Harry H. Buchanan, Raymond, South Bend, Ind, and Marion, Baltimore; two half-sisters, Mrs. Lillian Adams, Niles, and Mrs. Florence Deval, Mishawaka, Ind, and three half-brothers, Clarence Banke, Annapolis, Md, Weston Banke, New York city and Lawrence Banke, Oregon.
