Dircks Posted: Wednesday, February 09, 2000 Brainerd Dispatch ST. STEPHEN -- Bonnie M. Dircks, 52, St. Stephen, died Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2000, at her home. She was born Nov. 26, 1947, in Brainerd to John and Mada (Bender) Tautges. She married Keith E. Dircks on Jan. 29, 1972, at St. Mathias Catholic Church in Fort Ripley. She had been a resident of St. Stephen since 1978, where she was a member of the St. Stephen parish and Christian Mothers. She was employed in the office at Anderson trucking for 14 years. Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Jody Umerski and Angie Dircks, both of St. Stephen; a son, Chad, Sartell; a granddaughter; three sisters, Marlene Smith and Sherry Rasinski, both of Brainerd, and Donna Fisher, Sacramento, Calif.; and four brothers, Bernie and Jerry, both of Brainerd, and DeWayne and Jim, both of Fort Ripley. Her parents died earlier. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Stephen Catholic Church in St. Stephen with the Rev. David Maciej officiating. Burial will be 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Mathias parish cemetery, Fort Ripley.Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday, with parish prayers at 6:30 p.m. followed by St. Stephen Christian Mothers, at the Daniel Funeral Home in Sartell, and after 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the church in St. Stephen.
