She was born Aug. 31, 1918, in New England, North Dakota, daughter of the late Fred and Caroline Oberlander. Also preceded by her husband, Cletis O. Johnson; two sisters, Pauline Schwartz and Rose Hoffer; two brothers, Fred and Edward Oberlander. She was a member of Bonne Terre VFW Auxiliary and Bonne Terre Eagles Auxiliary. She is survived by four children: Glenda Young of Naylor, MO; Ronnie (Mary) Johnson of Bonne Terre; Rick (Joyce) Johnson of Ste. Genevieve; Patricia, Mrs. Del Gibbs of Bonne Terre; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; five sisters: Ida Sprecher, Tillie Rosenow, Betty Ruggles, Helen Green, Lorraine Brouckner; three brothers: Adam, Bennie and Harold Oberlander. Visitation 4 p.m. Tuesday at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home, Bonne Terre. VFW service 7 p.m. with an Eagle service immediately following on Tuesday. Funeral services 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at C.Z.
