HARVEY JOHN BOLEY dies; was Aeroquip retiree.
Hubbard - Harvey John Boley, 80, of 1130 Waugh Drive, died March 10, 1985, of a heart attack Sunday evening in North Side Hospital shortly after being stricken at his home.
Mr Boley was born Dec. 21, 1904, in St. Marys, W. Va., the son of George and Emma Jane Miller Boley. He came to Youngstown 60 years ago and moved to Hubbard 6 years ago. He worked at the Republic Rubber Division of the Aeroquip Corp. for 42 years, retiring as plant oiler in 1967. Previously, he had worked in the plant's long hose department.
He leaves his wife, the former Maude Bott, whom he married Sept. 28, 1929; three daughters, Mrs. Jeannine Strong of Austintown, Mrs. Mary Lou Snyder of Hubbard and Mrs. Evelyn Moore of Burghill; 13 grandchildren, and 18 great - grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Stewart - Kyle Funeral Home, where friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Tuesday. The interment will be at the Belmont Cemetery, Youngstown, Ohio.
This is my father obit. I would like it to be added to the Pleasants obit as he was born there and we always went back for many visits. I know he would be proud to be among his family and friends that are listed. thank you Mary Lou Snyder.
