Andrew Hammer DOYLESTOWN -- Andrew A. Hammer, 39, of Doylestown, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, Nov. 9, 2008. Andrew was a graduate of St. Vincent-St. Mary High School and was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret C. Hammer. Surviving are his parents, Ralph and Beverly Hammer of Doylestown; brothers, Mark (Kelly) Hammer of Marshallville, John (Alecea) Hammer of Norton, Timothy (Carrie) Hammer of Creston and Scott Hammer of Doylestown; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Special thanks to the staff at Akron General Medical Center. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, Nov. 13, at 11 a.m. at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, with the Rev. Father Robert Stein as celebrant. Burial will be in Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery. Calling hours will be Thursday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Silva-Hostetler Funeral Home, 1199 Wooster Road, W, Barberton. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hammer family.
