Bowe, age 90, of Canton, passed away Saturday, Jan. 14, 2006 in Windsor Medical Center. Born in canton, she retired from the Stark Co. Auditors office after 25 years of service. Preceded in death by her husband, Stanley C. Bowe; sister, Freda Steffy; brother, Clarence Mylar. Survived by her son and daughter-in-law, James M. and Catherine Bowe Sr.; grandsons, James M. (wife- Tara) Bowe Jr., Jason S. (wife- Lorrayne) Bowe; great granddaughters, Makayla J. and Grace A. Bowe; niece, Mary Jane Vance; nephew, Rev. Donald L. Steffy; her life long friends, Lucie Rush, Dawn Holl, and Gay Harmon. Services will be Thursday, Jan 19, 2006 at 11 a.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church where she was a long time member. Rev. Robert P. Sander, pastor will officiate. Friends will be received one hour before services at the church from 10-11 a.m. Following cremation, she will be laid to rest next to her husband, Stanley in Forest Hill Cemetery. The family would like to say Thank You to the staff of Windsor Medical Center for the loving care extended to Jane and her family.
