Miller Homer P. Miller, 63, of Rockport, died late Saturday night in Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital. He was born at Spencer, a son of the late Okey J. and Flora Short Miller, and was a retired carpenter and member of Rockport United Methodist Church. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Thelma McPherson Miller; two sons, David H. Miller, Parkersburg, and William N. Miller, at home; three grandchildren; a brother, Clark (Carl) Miller, Spencer; seven sisters, Mrs. Maude Pursley of Mansfied, Ohio, Mrs. Erma Webb, New Philadelphia, Ohio; Mrs. Ruby Waggoner of St. Albans, Mrs. Freda Sheppard, Vienna, Mellie (Nellie) Miller, Mrs. Madge Webb and Mrs. Thelma Crislip, all of Spencer. Two sisters and a brother preceded him in death. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Rockport United Methodist Church with the Rev. Efford Epling, the Rev. Danny Deem, and the Rev. Garfield Prine officiating. Burial will be in the IOOF Cemetery. Friends may call at the Vaughan Funeral Home after 7 p.m. today, and until noon Wednesday.
